  Went in today on Thanksgiving Sunday and not sure who was working. I greeted her and she seemed amicable. Walked around and my daughter wanted a small Mylar balloon that was on display. So we took it to the front for purchase. The representative made a disgruntled sound picked it up and walked away mumbling "I think she's used this for display". Walked to where about a dozen balloons were and put in back. Quite appalled I couldn't pay for a mini mylar helium balloon that someone uses for baskets apparently. There was one other person in the store, and baskets everywhere. To deny a small purchase and upset my child who was stuck in traffic for hours to get to town and then have a small purchase that would have made her day be refused really upset me. I will never purchase from this store. The baskets are nothing special. And the service well it's sad to say the least. Best of luck with your poor awareness of your clientele or lack of compassion for a small child.
